Actually, the story is about a 9-year-old child living in the French city of Alzhak. The name of this child was Joseph Meister. On July 6, 1885, Joseph Meister was bitten by a mad dog. In 1885, being bitten by a mad dog meant that your life was just a guest for a few days. Rabies is a life-threatening disease caused by a serious virus. At that time it is difficult to avoid. Joseph’s mother was crying badly. In such a situation, his mother got another floating news that there is a scientist who keeps mad dogs and makes injections from their blood.
